Everything was really good, professional staff, picturesque views of the mountain. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner, we ordered light dishes. The hotel's position was best possible and prime next to restaurants and bars.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff here are outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. Special recognition to Ray Jung from the front desk, his attention to detail and problem-solving skills were exceptional. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious, a rare find in Japanese hotels. The on-site natural onsen is a must-visit, offering uninterrupted views of the ski resort. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's absolutely delicious!
